Conception still hasn't happened yet. Your uterine lining is thickening to prepare for a potential pregnancy. One of your ovaries is maturing an egg inside a follicle. Oestrogen levels are rising, and your body is gearing up for ovulation at the end of this week or early next week.

Week 2 Highlight: Ovulation typically occurs around day 14 of your cycle - this is when the magic can happen!
